Our Practice Manager ran 43 miles (70km) on 6th May to raise money to pay for Counselling sessions for our young patients (aged 10+) and raised an incredible £1,900. Thank you so much to all who donated!

We operate a telephone triage system, and if required you will be invited by the clinician to attend a face to face appointment. We also offer pre-bookable appointments 8-9am everyday for patients who work normal office hours. Please be aware we are experiencing a significant increase in people contacting the practice on a daily basis with a large proportion of patients requiring face to face appointments, please be patient, respectful and courteous to all our staff as we are doing the very best we can.

We are open Monday - Friday; we offer pre-bookable workers appointments from 8-9am everyday, our telephone lines are open from 8.30am, we operate a telephone triage system from 8.30am - 11am everyday, we are shut for lunch everyday from 1-2pm and the surgery closes at 5.30pm each night.

The next PLT is on date to be confirmed
If you require urgent medical attention during this time which cannot wait until the following day, please telephone the Ayrshire Urgent Care Service on 01563 826930. They will provide a clinical assessment if required and if you need to be seen by a GP, your GP Practice will contact you directly.

  • For conditions where you would have previously attended A&E (if not immediately life threatening) you must now phone NHS24 on 111
  • You will then be triaged and either advised to self treat, seek care at your local pharmacy or optician, contact your own GP or be given an appointment to A&E.
  • If you are told you need to see your GP then this will be within a 3-5 day time frame.
  • 999 should still be called for life threatening emergencies.
  • Out of hours contact remains 111.
