APPOINTMENTS
Please be reassured that our practice continues to remain open and due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we kindly ask all our patients to follow this guidance:
  • Do not attend the surgery unless you have been telephone triaged by a doctor who has specifically asked you to.
  • Everyone attending the surgery must now wear a mask.
  • Please only order the medicines that you need, this can be done via this website, via our prescription telephone line, or directly with your pharmacist and allow at least FIVE days from ordering your medicine to collection from the Community Pharmacy.
  • If you have a new continuous cough, fever, change in or loss of sense of taste or smell, or if you have had contact with someone with coronavirus DO NOT attend the surgery or pharmacist.
  • If you have coronavirus symptoms and can't manage these at home please telephone 111, if you have coronavirus symptoms and need advice, please visit www.nhsinform.scot/coronavirus for more information and details of how to manage your symptoms at home.

THE WAY YOU ACCESS URGENT CARE HAS CHANGED
  • For conditions where you would have previously attended A&E (if not immediately life threatening) you must now phone NHS24 on 111
  • You will then be triaged and either advised to self treat, seek care at your local pharmacy or optician, contact your own GP or be given an appointment to A&E.
  • If you are told you need to see your GP then this will be within a 3-5 day time frame.
  • 999 should still be called for life threatening emergencies.
  • Out of hours contact remains 111.
