Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all appointment and house-call requests after being signposted by our Patient Advisors, will now be telephone triaged by a GP. Everything will be dealt with over the telephone where we can, and face to face appointments will be allocated by the Doctor only if absolutely necessary.
Please be reassured that we continue to have emergency appointments available everyday so that patients who need to be seen that day will be seen.
